How does Custoo work?
Choose a product, upload the required photos, preview your personalized design, then place your order. We produce it and ship it to you.
Will I see the design before ordering, and will it look like my photo?
Yes. You will see the generated design before ordering. It will be inspired by your photo and should stay close to it, but the final printed product can differ slightly because of the material, colors, and production process.
Do I need design skills?
No. Custoo handles the design process for you. You only need to follow the prompts and upload the requested photos.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use the type of photo requested in the product inputs. Clear, well-lit photos with the subject visible usually work best.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the product and destination. Production usually takes around 2 days, then delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it with you and work together on the right solution.
