Checkout payments are handled by Shopify. Shopify's own privacy notice also applies to payment processing performed on its systems.

Our customization flow may send your prompts, uploaded images, and related metadata to AI providers such as OpenAI and Google to generate or refine artwork previews and production assets.

We share personal information with service providers that help us run Custoo, including:

• Shopify — storefront, checkout, and payment processing
• Gelato — print-on-demand production and shipping
• Supabase — application database and authentication
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of design and mockup assets
• Meta — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel, where enabled
• OpenAI / Google — AI image generation and processing
• Hosting, email, analytics, and security vendors that support our infrastructure

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Where U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly, we will honor applicable opt-out rights.

Custoo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
